Life Beyond Voicemail

Nancy Grace—my bride of 70 years—is no longer here. She was hostess to Voicemail industry gatherings leading the wives on shopping trips and tours around cities worldwide.  

Her presence lives on in our family: 23 grandchildren. 20 great-grandchildren—and still growing.  And I spend my time woodworking—turning bowls, building terrariums, and teaching the 5th generation and soon to be 6th.

I’ve always been a dreamweaver and I still am! That’s what made it possible to imagine something that didn’t yet exist—and believed it could! But I’ve learned something along the way: An idea isn’t finished when it works. It’s finished when it becomes part of everyday life. Voicemail reached that point and I’m grateful to have helped it get it there. That’s why I’m happy! That’s why I’m still active! And that’s why, in my 90s, I’m still dreaming!  

And I can still fly my Mooney..... once or twice each week...  if only in my dreams!!
